AH Sau Blanc
Adelaide Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2010/2011

Pale straw colour with green tints. Herbaceous style, clean cut grass and green bean aromas. Light and delicate palate, refreshing, cleansing acidity throughout and on the finish. Complements fresh oysters, crabs, scallops, crisp, light salads.

McLaren Shiraz 2007/2009

Deep red with purple hue. Blackcurrant, plum, spice, smokey vanilla bouquet. Full bodied and firm, dry dusty fruit, some liquorice and spice. Long, finish with dusty tannins.

Cab Sauv
McLaren Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

Deep dark red with a prominent purple hue. Intense mint and blackcurrant bouquet supported by gingerbread, eucalyptus, with oak influence adding sweet spice. The palate is soft, elegant, cherry-like fruit characters, round middle with gentle acidity and fine tannins.

Vincent Shiraz
The Vincent Shiraz 2006/2007

2006: Deep red, some purple hues. Very concentrated aromas - prunes, dried blackcurrant, coffee. On the palate, prunes, coffee and dusty tannins. Soft and round, long finish.
2007: Concentrated dark cherries, smoky, slightly chary oak aromas. On palate, coffee beans, chocolate, some cigar leaf. Soft tannins, yet structured with moderate acidity and fine balance. Dry finish, excellent length.

Fifteen Barrels Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

Very deep red/purple hues. Aromas of eucalyptus, fruit tingles, some maltiness. Moderate in weight, firm acidity, soft with some jamminess, rhubarb and cherries, dusty tannins on finish.
