	Kalea Rosso 2008 (RV) 100% Nero d'Avola. Deep ruby red in colour. Floral and "canina" rose aroma. Light tannin, well-balanced and elegant. This wine pairs well with pasta and char-grilled fish.
	Violetta 2008/2009 (RV) IGT Sicilia 100% Insolia. Straw yellow with greenish hue with smell of white flowers and fruits. On palate, it is full- flavoured, fresh and persistent.
	Noto 2008/2009 (RV) DOC Noto 100% Nero d’Avola. Typical rosé colour of black grapes fermented without skins; intense bouquet, fragrant, well-balanced, extremely pleasant aroma; fine, elegant palate, fresh and well-orchestrated. 2 Glasses: Gambero Rosso
	Rosa Nera 2009 (RV) DOC Eloro 100% Nero d’Avola. Light pink in colour. It has a fruity nose of strawberry and cherry notes, floral aroma. Good freshness, intensity, taste and persistence. Great with pizza. 2 Glasses: Gambero Rosso Golden Star – Vini Buoni Italy 2011
	Eureka 2009 (RV) IGT Sicilia 100% Chardonnay. Straw yellow in colour. On nose, it has exotic yellow fruits, yellow flowers, and persistent minerality. On palate, it's fresh and soft with a captivating flavour. Pairs well with fish and rabbit. 2 Glasses: Gambero Rosso
	Archimede Riserva 2007 (RV) DOC Eloro Pachino 100% Nero d’Avola. Deep ruby red with violet hue. On nose, a captivating perfume of ripe red fruits, mineral and spices. Persistent, intense with velvety tannin, this wine is an excellent match with tuna or pork fillet. 2 Glasses: Gambero Rosso (For 2006, 2007 & 2008 vintage)
	Moscato della Torre 2009 (RV) (500ml) DOC Moscato di Noto 100% White Muscat. This golden yellow Moscato has a captivating fruity aroma (pear, orange peel, dates). Muscatel flavouring, with hints of honey, dried and candied fruit, intense and aromatic. Pairs well with almond pastry, pistachio, Sicilian walnut and ricotta cheese sweets. 2 Glasses: Gambero Rosso (For 2006,2007, 2008 & 2009 vintage)
