A distinctive feature of Zaccagnini
since its origins, it’s the “wine and
art” combination. The first, unforgettable
art event took place on 13th May 1984, with the
presentation of the “Nature Protection”
project by Joseph Bevys, the internationally famous
German artist. Since the historical performan¬ce
by Bevys in 1984, each November we host Uvarte,
an event rich in famous artists. The works that
are presented at Uvarte become the main element
of the labels of special wines for collectors and
offer new chances show the unbreakable connection
between art and wine.
Our farmstead was founded
in 1978 with the name “Fattoria Zaccagnini”.
Located in the core of the population centre of
Bolognano, it started as a family-run business and
then grew quickly while aiming at “total quality
from the bunch of grapes to the glass”.
