The Tulloch family have been producing outstanding quality wines from the fertile soils of the Hunter Valley since 1895.

Now in its 111th year the Tulloch name lives on as a founding wine producer of the Hunter region, continuing to strive for excellence in the production of premium Hunter varietals and styles. Still located in Pokolbin's viticultural heartland where the story began in 1895, Tulloch remains as the true heritage of the Hunter Valley.

James Halliday rates Tulloch Wines 5 STARS in his latest edition of the 2007 Australian WIne Companion. "5 STARS: outstanding winery capable of producing wines of the highest calibre."

Semillon 2007 (RV)
100% Hunter Valley Semillon. A distinctive Hunter Semillon showing excellent balance with an elegant structure. Pale green in colour this wine has lifted aromas of lemongrass and lime blossom, with hints of passionfruit. Crisp and lively on the palate, it exhibits an array of citrus flavours, balanced by a long clean finish.

Pokolbin Dry Red Shiraz 2006 (RV) (Limited Qty)
This elegant Hunter Valley Shiraz is typical of the region displaying ripe berry aromas with well integrated oak characters. Ruby red in colour with lifted black currant and mulberry, this wine exhibits peppery notes well integrated with the use of selected French and American oak. The palate is classically medium bodied with a touch of spice and soft berry flavours combined with smooth tannins and a generous persistence of flavour.
