The name Sailtage was derived from the Christian names of John and Jenny Horgan’s 4 children, Sarah, Lisa, Tamara and Gerard.

It is a premium fine wine producer located in the beautiful and spectacular viticultural region of Pemberton. Salitage is dedicated to producing the highest quality wine. Compatible climate and suitable soil types are fundamental to this objective and Salitage is blessed with both.

Unwooded Chardonnay 2007 (RV)
Passionfruit and peach aromas. Palate shows strong fruit drive and some nutty yeast lees character, richly textured mid palate, finishes crisply and cleanly.

Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2007 (RV)
Mid straw in colour. The nose exhibits fruit aromas of citrus, stone fruits and melon, with spicy oak and mealy characters derived from the barrel fermentation and lees contact. The palate is generous in flavour, underpinned by grapefruit like acid. The finish shows understated oak and excellent fruit flavour and length.

Pemberton Blend 2002 (RV)
A fine silky tannin structure with sweet fruit aroma of cassis, mulberry, violets, blackcurrant and fine cedary oak. Palate displays soft intense fruit and delicate toasty oak flavors.
