Brilliant pale green color that has a powerful aroma, exhibiting intense green grass herbaceousness and hints of tropical lime. A full flavored wine with complex layers of fruit ranging from tropical mango to earthly capsicum flavors. The palate is long with crisp acidity and excellent mouthfeel. (Stelvin Cap).

This Riesling was picked and
fermented cool to emphasise the natural fruit character
of the wine. The bouquet is intensely aromatic exhibiting
floral and lime aromas. The palate is soft and long

Mid red intensity with purple hues. This wine has ripe berry, strawberry and attractive oak aging, with slight smokiness. These aromas carry through to the palate with intense mouthfilling strawberry and berry fruit flavors with a firm tannin finish. (Stelvin Cap).

An excellent season has produced
fully ripe fruit of outstanding quality. The wine
was aged in French and American Oak barriques for
eight months resulting in a full-bodied complex wine.
Full of lovely berry fruit and well balanced oak characters.

from several vineyards throughout the Wairau Valley.

fermentation and maturation on lees.

Valley Pinot Noir 2002/2003
This premium Pinot Noir is produced
from carefully selected parcels of exceptional grapes
grown at the Seventeen Valley vineyard south of Blenheim.
This wine has a fine deep colour with an attractive
cherry and plum nose. This is a full-bodied Pinot
Noir with fine tannins. Showing lots of class already.
An outstanding example.
