Billi
Billi Shiraz 2005 (RV)
Dark crimson colour, even on
the rim of the glass! A good sign of the density of
the wine. Black pepper dominates the fruit in this
wine on the nose. On the palate; once again the pepper
is prominent with the tannins giving the wine a good
balance of sweet fruit flavors, i.e. blackberries.

Cliff
Edge Riesling 2007 (RV)
This wine has uplifted lemon
/ citrus aromas, and a flinty palate. The excellent
balance of the grape acid keeps the wine elegant and
maintains the pungent aromas.

Deep purple color and
rich sweet fruit aromas indicate this wines depth
and length on the palate. Deeper and powerful with
subtle overtones of pepper. Matured in high quality
American and French oak integrating the tannins and
fruit giving the wines length and complexity.

Typical Langi Shiraz with deep
purple/ crimson color and liquorice/ pepper aromas
evident when the wine is poured into a glass. A rich,
soft tannin texture to the middle palate, builds a
good balance of acid and tannins leaving a clean,
fresh lingering sensation on the palate.
