Situated at the forefront of innovation and quality in the exciting region of TORO (Northern Spain) is BAJOZ.

Combining great, low-yielding old vines, the TINTA DE TORO varietal and state-of-the-art wine making equipment, BAJOZ is producing some of Spain’s Premium wines-and this is only the beginning.

BAJOZ wines range from delicious, rich and soft but deeply flavoured fruit driven young wine through to the complex oaked aged Crizana on to tiny quantities of Reserva and Gran BAJOZ for laying down. Not only that, all BAJOZ red wines are made from hand picked grapes from their own vineyards. Strict vineyard controls are managed by their own vineyard managed team, which are low yielding and are not irrigated. All their wines are subjected to strict regulations before release.

Ovacion Rueda 2004 (RV)

Light straw in colour. On the nose, a wine full of fresh tropical fruit, with a touch of citrus (limes and lemons). On the palate there's fleshy fruit, well balanced acidity and a mouth watering finish. Slightly more lively acidity than the 2003 due to the colder temperatures during August 2004.
